Service for Wheelchair Users

TR25 Theater has wheelchair-accessible seating in all auditoriums. Call the box office to reserve these special wheelchair spaces. On the evening itself, we will guide you to your seat via the elevator and assist where necessary.

Service for the Hearing Impaired

At the cloakroom in the lobby of TR25 Theater, we provide sound amplification. You can borrow this receiver free of charge, which can be connected to any hearing aid with a telecoil. If you do not have a hearing aid, you will be provided with a receiver and headphones. After the event, please return the device to the information desk.

If surtitles are available during a performance, this will be stated in the sidebar of the production page.

Service for visually impaired

We strive to make our festival accessible and enjoyable for all attendees. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer specific resources such as meet & feel sessions or audio descriptions for performances during the festival. However, we are always happy to consider individual needs and preferences, such as reserving a seat in the front for better visibility.

If you have specific requirements or need assistance, please call our box office to reserve your tickets. Our team is dedicated to providing support and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests.

Low-stimulus services

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer specific resources tailored to low stimulus experiences. Please note that most performances at our venue may include elements such as bright lights and loud music.

We understand the importance of accommodating diverse sensory needs and are continuously exploring ways to enhance our services.
